The workers are friendly and helpful. My boss would give me manageable assignments and it would be up to me to finish them by the deadline. You can work from home if needed and the hours can be flexible. I would work more during the beginning of the week and leave early on Fridays.

Cons

The work can get a bit boring and repetitive, but that can be expected of an intern position. The office is pretty dim, but they do plan on renovating the office floor this fall.

Manitowoc Food service is a industry leader in commercial ovens. Working for Manitowoc Food service is a fast pace, uhioh factory which allows employees the opportunity to gain transferable skills.

Cons

Some of the upper management seem to have a tenuous grasp on production protocol causing for faulty scheduling. Often times there were far too many man hours in a day and too few parts for assembly
