      Pros

      No good reasons to work at the Manitowoc Company - both divisions are falling apart.

      Cons

      Senior management are not in touch with reality nor are there any solid experience to lead. Selfish individuals looking out for themselves with little regard of the customer. Quality is no longer important.

      Pros

      The workers are friendly and helpful. My boss would give me manageable assignments and it would be up to me to finish them by the deadline. You can work from home if needed and the hours can be flexible. I would work more during the beginning of the week and leave early on Fridays.

      Cons

      The work can get a bit boring and repetitive, but that can be expected of an intern position. The office is pretty dim, but they do plan on renovating the office floor this fall.
