Cons

Gridlock, can't get anything done because everyone is working in silos competing against each others agendas. Corporate staff lacks integrity, corporate policies on same are not worth the paper they are printed on.

Great, friendly people. A lot of intelligent individuals that really create a warm environment. People bring in food to share and you can make friends easily.

Cons

One of the biggest drawbacks of this company is a lack of investment in the technical side of operations. Engineers are not treated very well and aren't considered that valuable of an asset.
