      Pros

      Floor level are not politically charged. Some People are friendly and helpful. Some are just looking after themselves. If you don't mind doing what you're told to do, this is the place.

      Cons

      Micro managing, indecisive on directions. Told one thing and yet changed after the work is done. Even if foreseen issues was brought upfront, no action is taken until it really smacks them in the face. No compensation should you better yourself by taking extra qualifications because the job doesn't need it and there's no advancement either in certain dept.
