The only possitive thing i have found with this company is they supply work but thats about as far as id go.

Cons

An absolute shambles of a company if theyre not forgetting to pay you, they will tuck you up on your holiday allowances, avoid with a barge pole if you ask me

Manpower provides opportinuty for all regardless of sex, age, race and nationality, as long you will fit job requirements and company plocy with law reultaions. Diversifed culture. Nice atmosphere with annual meetungs and quarterly meetups. Always keen to improve by MAPS survey and reward best emplyees with Power reward. There is always an opportunity to grow wothin company or sometimes within clients. Very high ethical standards.

Cons

There is a bif room for improvement as well. Despite if company`s efforts to enshance the weak ares, there is still alck of good communication between teams, and sometimes between employee and superior management. Slow processes and lack of highlighting importance of operations side make work less efficient. High turnover and lack of proper training. Salary wise is also not that high, but its still compatable in the market.
