Pros

Company provides a laptop Diverse multicultural workforce Hybrid work environment

Cons

Lack of educated and capable management. Employment contracts are shady and heavily favor the company. The company finds legal loopholes to avoid paying earned recruitment commissions, which you are forced to agree to. Extreme micromanagement. (If they could monitor every mouse click, they would) No benefits provided. A stark contrast to the reputable Manpower international recruitment brand. No room for growth within the company. Multicultural workforce due to hiring cheaper, inexperienced non-EU talent over qualified and experienced Maltese candidates. Overworked culture. Induction and onboarding is nonexistent. Juniors get trained in a unethical, unplanned way (and usually by other Juniors).
