- No HR support (3rd head of HR resigning this year), HR business partner on sick leave for months - Literally dozen of team members on sick leave (burnt-out?) - CEO has been absent since May, so no top management and no vision whatsoever - a lot of branch managers and directors resigning, rotation rate sky-rocketing - no clear communication from the top management (or what is left of it) - be careful, they will not pay back your expenses (when they are the one asking you to travel for training for instance) - no proper salary grids: colleagues with the same job and seniority in the company can have very different wages (5000 vs 7000 CHF / month) - they will communicate a lot on social networks about D&I, flexibility, mental health, etc. when they will tell you they do not have time for you when you encounter an actual problem
