Since joining Manpower I have been so impressed with the support, coaching and general interest in making my new role a success. The most important thing to me is to feel valued in my role and Manpower have achieved that from day one the management support team and my colleagues are so focussed on providing a great service to client candidate and colleagues its 2nd nature to support and help when you join.

Remote work possible in some roles, average compensation, long list of benefits you can enroll in, stock is doing well and they have a discounted stock purchase program, some really good staff

Cons

EXTREMELY large company - easy to get lost in the shuffle easily, you feel like a number, field employees can feel alienated and alone, bonus program and annual trip almost impossible to achieve, older clients can demand just about anything and Client Mgrs will bend to their will even if detrimental to the team, didn't see/experience a lot of advancement potential
