      Pros

      Friendly people. Untapped talent. Hours are good. Very good at saving money on employees and cost management. Great location for a non light industrial staffing company.

      Cons

      Extremely knee jerk management swings. Poor KPI management. Inadequate sales structure. Unrealistic accountability with regard to fulfillment. Process improvement is not a priority.

      Manpower give me great work/life balance

      Pros

      I have worked for the Manpower Group for 16 years, my experience has been very positive. I have had the variation and autonomy that keep me engaged and motivated. The team I work with is fantastic, I honestly could not ask to work with a more professional, fun and wonderful group. I also have the flexibility within my role to have a great work/life balance, this was especially necessary when my children were small.

      Cons

      I would like to see pay bandings to ensure clarity around my next step.
