      Work / Life Balance is pretty good as well as the ability to work from home whenever you need to.

      Pros

      Adequate training, flexible schedule, and natural but which pay increases. I went from $12 to $15 in 6 months and can work from home when needed

      Cons

      Management can be a pain. When new management came daily metrics increased with no reward for employees. Manager unold does not have good communication skills.

      Pros

      Nice view from the fourth floor. This place has a downtown location that is close to highway exits. That is about all.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, it is where inflated ego and huge expenses go unchecked. Masters of overblown wins and fake news. Totally lacking integrity. Talents wasted. Employees not learning, treated like they are all expandable, fearing the next wave of cuts while enduring constant bullying. Highly negative work environment.
