Improving career development opportunities has been a big focus for us over the past year, so it's great to see this has been noticed.
However, I'm sorry to hear that you are disappointed with pay and reward. We believe our salaries are competitive, but I encourage you to speak with your line manager about this. We are always reviewing our reward schemes and will take your views into account accordingly.
