      Variety of work staff is not micro managed because branch managers run around chasing fires all day due to lack of resources

      Cons

      Very confusing culture and direction, technology has not kept up with customer need and internal staff need. Scant resources is Branches

      Pros

      My pay checks don't bounce.

      Cons

      High pressure to perform impossible tasks or loose your job, with no guidance, no vision to improve, lacking tools to get the job done and manager could care less. Longevity on the job is frowned upon, frequent turnover with no evident employee retention plans in place. If you're looking for revolving door type of turnover, a couple years at best, this this is the place for you.
