      Pros

      It was nice building relationships with other companies so we can get other people jobs. I just wish people would actually show up for work on time.

      Cons

      Must be very self sufficient in order to get job done. Not a lot of opportunity to move up with company.

      I worked in the same position for two years. They kept promising me full-time status. Verizon was in a hiring freeze so I felt they should have reached out to their other connections to get me into a full-time status with another company
