      Pros

      This company will provide health insurance and other necessities that big corporations avoid offering to process technicians.

      Cons

      It was frustrating knowing that someone else is getting part of your hourly salary because the company refuses to hire directly to avoid paying health insurance and other working incentives. It did not feel like they were going out of their way to help you.
