      Pros

      Hours and location of work was very flexible, good for working parents. Given a high level of independence and responsibility to get work done.

      Cons

      I did not find much support for external training, classes or certifications that would have brought value to the company and allowed movement. Preference seemed to be to hire someone external with the skillset.
