      Timely Payment of Salary when you are an active employee

      Cons

      Opaque HR policy, meddling in accounts, non release of employee in case of a resignation from employee's side. Lot of processes only for show Behavior of HR Dept is like a king treating every other department as their subjects.

      Management has no flexibility, want to work you like a slave, and do not acknowledge your hard work and dedication. Managers need to be trained with labor laws, and understanding work/life balance. Specially for those who go into work and give it there all.
