      There is sometimes work available.

      not very much, and they don't negotiate for you. They see the client as their employer. They work for them, not you. and it shows.

      There are none. Finding work is slow. The recruiter don't answer there phone. Pay roll will forget to input your hours. Stay away

      Cons

      Don't waste your time. Your better off looking at the green sheet or craigslist.

      Good Benefits and opportunities to learn

      Pros

      Manpower offered competitive benefits, fair compensation and opportunities to learn new things.

      Cons

      Things were constantly changing, and not always for good reasons. At one point, I has six managers within the same year, and I didn't change jobs; they just keep reorganizing my department! They regularly eliminate jobs at their global headquarters in Milwaukee. At least 350 jobs have been eliminated since 2008. Complete departments and divisions have been eliminated or outsourced. Really great employees with 10, 20 or even 30 years of experience have been cut with no notice at all!
