      Good Benefits but totally metrics driven

      Pros

      Financially stable, global organization, brand name with large market share

      Cons

      Micro management and total metrics mentality. Minimal, if any, training is provided. "Trial by Fire" environment. Management is not supportive unless you are a part of their select inner circle. Office environment is almost clinical in that you go to work, do your job, report your achievements/status, and go home. No teamwork. No camaraderie. No effort made to interact with others except on a need-to-do-so basis. Very, very sterile

      Pros

      Talented people within the company. Strategic employees who have good ideas to share. Collaboration is made easy since most people are helpful and are team focused.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't promote job growth. Technology is poor, at best, and leadership is not interested in investing in newer, better technology to set employees up for success. Very limited job growth/opportunities for advancement. The company doesn't care who or what strategies and ideas people share. If you are an individual contributor with a great idea, it's guaranteed to go nowhere.

      Pros

      Incredible history in the industry with deep knowledge of all industries. Very intelligent and talented professionals globally and a very collaborative environment. Incredible trust and flexibility as it relates to schedules and calendars. Huge accountability across the board which creates a solid foundation for success.

      Cons

      Pace of change is rapid. Not really a con, but if you are looking for a black and white job description, this may or may not be a good fit. In the mid-ranks there can be internal power-plays and posturing, but it can be overcome.
