      Pros

      Great work environment. Very little bureaucratic work blocks.

      Cons

      Good recruitment training, however some more general technology training would be welcomed. I would like some basic to advanced Tech education without asking for outsource IT all the time.

      Pros

      Nice flexibility. Personal development - they have a great training and development center where one can upgrade their skills.

      Cons

      Job insecurity. Layoffs always hanging over one's head due to company's reorganization or cutbacks in production. Paid holidays should be reviewed for contract employees who were laid off and re-employed.

      Always a lot to learn. Challenge/chaos is opportunity for improvement - an excellent way to stretch abilities.

      Cons

      Work life balance is not considered in many areas, and leadership often disconnected from what's really going on. Therefore unrealistic expectations.
