      -Free food and coffee -Flexibility -Some cool kids -Some friendly staff -A fair amount of creative freedom

      Cons

      -Not much training or supervision or space for feedback -Weird culture -Unresponsive to some concerns -Not great commitment to sustainability -Food quality was often not very good

      A support program for students with executive functioning deficits.

      Pros

      Wonderful atmosphere with a lot of direct involvement with students. Staff consistently puts students first to give an otherwise marginalized population a college experience.

      Cons

      As a third party in the higher education system it was sometimes difficult to work as an advocate for students with professors.
