      Pros

      Company encouraged an entrepreneurial spirit within reasonable guidelines. They have a genuine interest in their employees and trust their interest to contribute to the team.

      Cons

      This is a medium sized business which relies on revenue from large projects - when backlog is great, the spirits are high; when orders are lagging, difficult manpower decisions need to be made.

      Pros

      They know how to sell themselves....just like on a date, then you get to know them and you are behind the closed doors. No one from the outside looking in, really sees what is happening behind the closed doors. But what they do see is what MTI, wants them to see.

      Cons

      You are padding the pockets of the selfish family that does not know how to be savvy. You work hard everyday for the job you believe in and have real bills and life troubles, but you don't matter. They will pick you off, herd you into a room with others on a calculated whim and shove you out the door...you are expendable to them. One owner will carelessly misspend $500k and 24 employee have to go out the door so he can make sure he can still pay the remainders the promised bonus and still go buy a new Tesla!
