Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your review. Thank you also for recognizing the great engagement our teams have and how we support each other in our common goals. We do have a less traditional business model, being an ESOP and working to provide the best value to our customers. Our managers are more hands-on than in some other business models. We do have many different roles in our company that are only promoted from internal within our teams! Supervisors, Team Leads, Quality Assurance, Client Services and many more are great examples of the roles for advancement opportunities.

Pros

A well-managed company that stayed the course during the pandemic. Management made tough decisions, that carried us through working from home for over a year. Knowing we are all striving to stay healthy certainly made the isolation bearable and coming back to the office something to look forward to.

Cons

The new offices are beautiful once you get used to all the glass partitions and white everywhere. Don't have any cons to speak of, can only say if you are discouraged by the never-ending flow of calls think of each one as a conversation you are having with someone that you can help.
