      Regulars are nice, busy store, different shifts available

      Cons

      No teamwork, Don't give raises, change shifts without asking, want so many tasks completed but not enough workers to get it all done

      -customers can make the job worth it - free coffee/soda

      Cons

      -lots of workplace drama -favoritism from management -raises not given -incoming employees with no experience come in at a higher rate - lazy workers kept, no incentive for good employees to stay -hours not flexible -get told we are not allowed to call out
