Pros

Great coworkers. Product has value but needs to keep up with growing competition, and leadership needs to listen to all levels of employees to stay innovative and competitive.

Cons

Compensation is well below market average, raises are virtually non-existant and employees are not valued for the work they do. More and more is expected from employees and salary increases are brushed off year after year. New hires are desperately needed for upward growth.
