The residents . Nothing more for pros. Oh wait, clocking out to leave your shift.

Cons

Maplewood at Newtown is the worst place I have ever worked at. They make it seem like a wonderful place to be but in reality it's very unorganized, unprofessional. CNA's aren't appreciated. You can be a CNA one minute and housekeeping or maintaince the next. I'd rather have no job than work there. I'd rather scrub mcdonalds toilet seats bare handed than ever work there again. They hire anyone at all with a CNA License and you get stuck working with people who don't know what there doing still.

Pros

In all honesty, Maplewood Senior Living is an amazing place to work. I truly feel privileged for all the learning opportunities I am giving here, I feel privileged to work with such positive, kindhearted people. I have never heard a staff member speak anything but good things and uplifting compliments about other staff members. The care given to each resident and their families is inspiring to watch. I feel honored to work for such an honest company that values every employee, no matter what your title may be.

Cons

The only downside of working here is when Residents move out, because you build genuine relationships with them. I cannot say anything bad about my Managers, they do their very best at all times.
