The company is all about face time, not how much you actually do or know.

You can actually learn if you find the right people willing to teach you. That being said, most employees aren't willing to teach because of job security.

Cons

No work-life balance, management bases everything on face time. Management is clueless as to the day to day operations of the firm. Typically, they play favorites.
