Long term employer. Felt like family setting when it was smaller. Some very passionate clinical staff work for this company.

Cons

Growth at the corporate office is/was slower than anticipated. As the company got larger it lost sight of the importance of some employees.

Great company to work for! Marathon cares for their employees, competitive pay and great benefits. I love coming to work in the mornings and though it sounds to good to be true it really is all around a great company to work for.
