      Pros

      Some jobs have good hours and some aren't open on weekends and holidays.

      Cons

      Management. No oversight. Employers can drop Marathon and then you are out of a job. Marathon cares only about clients, not patients or staff.

      Not great. Period.

      Pros

      *You will have a job.

      Cons

      *Pay is lower than most competing jobs. *Lack of support, both in your role and leadership in general. *Work-Life balance is awful and no support system to improve it. *Thousands of dollars spent a month for a huge office space that maybe has 10 people at a time. *Leadership provides zero confidence in interim and long-term improvements. *Incredibly toxic since the Everside merger. *Leadership quickly filled roles left by legacy Marathon Health employees with legacy Everside Health employees without going through any sort of hiring process, or opening the position up for others to apply. Borderline nepotism. *Zero growth opportunities.

      Post Merger - Toxic

      Pros

      Really can't share pros - the company was great prior to the Everside Merger

      Cons

      Post Everside merger the company became toxic - no clue where or what is going on with the organization. Leadership doesn't listen or show application to employees. There really is no process to follow but if you don't "follow" this unknown process you get your hand slapped.
