I’ve been at Marathon Health for 5 years and love the leadership and mission of the company. Feels like a good balance of vision and execution and there’s a big emphasis on professional development and internal promotions.

Cons

High growth company so lots of change which I like but is not for everyone

This is an awesome company at least in the scheduling department. The team is amazing, it is like a big family. The manager is unbelievably sweet. Flexibility is there, growth is there if you really want it.

Cons

Money aspect, if you are looking to make a good living this will not be a good fit!
