I have been in the medical field for over 10 years and Marathon and 1 other job I've worked at provided up to date and on hand resources for clinical support and low worried about workload and financial stability.

Cons

Sometimes the insurance coverage can cause roadblocks with clinical flow.

My experience here has been remarkable. This company is interested in me as an individual, as a provider, and as a teammate. They are committed to employee health and happiness, as they know superb client care is a natural outflow of this. They are organized, informed, and educated on current organizational research and application of it. I cannot recommend Marathon Health any higher.
