      Pros

      I love our team, we always work hard to care for our patients, clients , brokers and each other.

      Cons

      Mergers can be tough, there will be growing pains, but the good outweighs the bad more and more each day. We have only been " one company" for a short while. We are moving in the right direction.

      Pros

      DPC model of care allows for ample time with patients.

      Cons

      Bloated with middle management. Replacing physicians with APPs. Pushing providers to see more patients per day than is typical with DPC.
