The job really is nit bad nor hard to do once you get into the swing of things

Oh man where do I begin, management really has a horrible way of showing appreciation to their staff. They lack empathy and communication skills to the max. It’s frustrating trying to navigate to answer patient questions where there is no directional lead to provide an honest response. Management gets on a power trip and forget as easy it was for you to get your position can be as easy for you to lose it especially if you are not doing your job right.
