Cons

Marathon was a good company to work for but the client dictates everything including your salary via the contract. So if you have a good client, your experience will be good and vice versa.

- great clients - great benefits - ability to use marathon health for personal and family care - rewarding job

Cons

- larger push to see more patients in exchange for quality care. - Decrease focus on priority on the provider/patient relationship - Decrease value in the provider role- nurse practitioners given a flat 2% raise across the board, while the rest of the staff (MAs, behavioral health, PT, MD/DOs, dietitians all received 3% or above)
