This company truly care about their clients and their employees. They take the time to train their employees so that the client can have an awesome experience during their visit. This is the first job that I have had that allows me to share my thoughts and ideas without being put down. I matter and I am part of the bigger picture.

I have been here for a bit over 18 months and what an incredible time it has been. I can't remember ever before actually feeling "lucky" to go to work. It's a great culture from the top down and back up again. There is very little hierarchy and people are encouraged to have a voice and a seat at the table. The CEO truly believes--and demonstrates--gender and social equality. Integrity all the way. And, there is a passionate and driven group of leaders committed to service and the mission of changing healthcare and improving lives. And it's not a few leaders making good on this, it is embodied throughout the company. I compare this with my past experiences and it seems like I've landed on a new planet--one where mission actually matters. I see it in action in both small and large ways--from employees being widely acknowledged and celebrated for their contributions, to the positive outcomes we see in the populations for which we provide healthcare. Underneath it all we are carried by a great sense of service to others. We all work together to make health happen. We are collectively inspired to always try to be better ourselves, and to do better for others-- and it doesn't get much better than that.
