      Pros

      Pros to working at marathon Health are too many to count. The culture supports a close-knit, family-like atmosphere with the high level corporate support and resources you would get at a larger workplace. The CEO is inspiring and empowering, the leadership team is supportive and encouraging and the teMs of support (IT, account management, HR, etc.) are tremendous.

      None. Whatsoever. Whatever is lacking is made up for in support and enthusiasm.

      Pros

      The best reasons for working here is the philosophy of quality of life for employees. This company has a family style dynamic where everyone has opportunity to get involved and there is never such a thing is a bad idea. CEO is phenomenal, has amazing interpersonal skills, doesn't micromanage, and empowers the employees to do what is right.
