Marathon allows more time with patients and dedicated time for charting. Great work/life balance for providers and autonomy.

Cons

Pay is good but bonus structure is subpar. No student loan repayment offered. Constant changes to supervisors, though this may be improving soon. Experience may vary based on client.

Cons

Marathon was a good company to work for but the client dictates everything including your salary via the contract. So if you have a good client, your experience will be good and vice versa.
