Thank you for sharing feedback about your ambassador experience with Marathon Health. Our decision to restructure was a painful one, and leaders at every level worked hard to live our Ambassadors Code values of Integrity, Compassion, and Respect through every step of the process. We’re grateful to have a strong balance sheet and bright financial outlook for 2023. • In 2022, we covered 78% of health insurance premiums for our ambassadors, which is above the industry standard of 75%. • Every ambassador has a minimum of 15 PTO days a year, plus 7 company holidays and 1 “floating holiday” to give you some flexibility. As we move forward, we’re doing everything possible to help you and the rest of our ambassadors feel supported and fulfilled. Whenever you have ideas for improving our current processes, tools, or anything at all, please share them with your manager or department leader.
