      Pros

      Marathon is driven to make changes in healthcare and I’m happy to be a small part of that. Leadership is very knowledgeable and cares about their people.

      Cons

      Changes in the company can be hard but we have to be reminded that it’s for the betterment of the patients and clients we serve.

      The work we do and the lives of patients that we impact daily. Exceptional patient and client NPS scores. A culture of appreciation and recognition. The people we work with. Benefits and time off. Leadership cares about our people, our clients, and our success. The opportunity for growth and development.

      Extra time, dedication, and focus needed right now to align processes and systems; however, we are meeting goals, expectations, deadlines and have the opportunity to relook at areas for improvement in teams which is a great time to make any necessary changes to support our growth and excellence.
