if you want a big title and have it mean nothing, then this is place for you. "Director" "Managing Director" "Vice President" "Chief Growth Officer" yeah, all mean nothing here other than making people feel better and trying to help marketing. Don't be fooled by titles. The real decision makers are the owners and their "adult" children who are also employed here. There is no real leadership here, no real vision, just put up the arbitrary numbers or be fired. Unless you are a "yes" person or family; then you are good. I scrolled down and was asked my opinion of the "CEO" only to realize she is non-existent and her husband runs the show. Just another reminder how fraudulent this company is
