      My day to day co-workers were fantastic.

      Cons

      Terrible communication from leadership. Very impersonal and cold when it was. They seemed to ignore the comments or criticism of their employees.

      Willing to hire most people but PTO is lacking

      Pros

      Paid on time. Ability to work overtime hours if you're willing/able. Ability to get a clearance is a big plus in the realm of Department of Defense (DoD). The management people for payroll and other departments are responsive and helpful.

      Cons

      Paid less than other company that does the same job perhaps because we are the sub contractor. It used to be even lower till it was eventually brought closer to parity with the main contractor. PTO is lacking until you have certain longevity with the company.
