Pay is great, the managers are great,

Cons

When you have a background check it takes 6 months to come back and the people who do them don't research your information. I have several jobs on my resume that I hadn't worked at since the early 2000's when I called the jobs they had no information on me because it only goes back to 2010. I was dismissed because they couldn't find my employment.

Clear and concise communication throughout all parts of the company. They always make me feel like I matter.

Cons

Health insurance is not amazing depending on your situation but Marathon is great in coming up with creative ways to compensate employees to make up for it
