Pros

You're able to work on developing the collection by making samples. You'll get to work on the actual garments for the collections.

Cons

Legally, they take advantage of the interns by working them long hours and even having them come in on the weekends prior to show because they dont have enough hired help.

Amazing people So much to learn if you take the initiative Hands on learning when it coming to designing and constructing couture gowns

Cons

Staff is overworked. Designers are not paid overtime and expected to work long days and most weekends. Sometimes we went two month without a single day off. Expect to work most holidays. The entire place is very dirty.
