- team is friendly - patternmakers are extremely supportive and willing to guide you.

Cons

- the amount of work and time commitment expected out of interns is a lot - i don't know how beneficial it is to have the work experience - didn't learn too much

There are no pro. At all.

Cons

Everything. Upper management doesn’t care for their employees. The work culture is extremely toxic. Employees are constantly gossiping and completely unprofessional. Most of them are still here because they aren’t professional enough to get another job offer.
