The team is very friendly and young. Late nights are fun.

Cons

There is no work-life balance. The company owes every single one of their vendors and materials always come in late, a week or two before line opening, and the whole team is expected to work overnight to finish the collection. Once they made work the atelier team (sewers, cutters and pattern makers) 36 hours straight before a show. 6 months later, they still hadn´t paid their overtime fees.
