I love working with some of the most amazing and compassionate people I know, who over the years have become my second family. I don't know where I would be without their love and compassion. So fortunate to work here with them.

Cons

There is always something that people can find not to like at a job.

Executive management truly cares about the well being of the patients and the employees. The Relationship Based Care initiative that is being spread throughout the hospital is amazing. There is a true feeling of community and team work that I have not experienced elsewhere. There is a lot of positive collaboration between departments as well. Marin General also boasts a robust Employee Wellness program that I truly believe rivals large corporations. I feel supported by management (not just my immediate manager) and I am encouraged to grow in my position.

Cons

I 've been sitting here for almost ten minutes trying to think of a "con" and I can't.
