It was a job. Good people who work hard.

Cons

Company does not repay loyalty, dedication, seniority. Hire people with no boating knowledge in at more money than current employees. One store may have 4 separate employees doing 4 separate jobs - -one store may only have 1 person doing all of those jobs.

Hands on experience with hardware and software related issues. Had weekly calls on how current projects were going.

Cons

No onboarding process and did not have yearly reviews to discuss how you are progressing.

Pros

Great team effort to support customers and training for staff. Competitive pay and holiday pay (PTO). Corporate visits to share reviews, planning and goals. Over all great company.

Cons

Advance in pay is difficult once your locked in. I've worked two years without a raise. Management changes often so direction of company gets lost, goals and ways of leadership continue to change with new managers. (Three new managers in two years)
