There really is none, sad........

Cons

They continually lie, extremely poor insurance, poor working conditions, lack of shop tools, does not look after your personal property but demands to look after theirs, a lot of safety issues that are not addressed but have been told to management by employees, management refrains from talking directly to employees (tell them to check your email), HR will lie directly to your face if asked a important question concerning raises, insurance, or any other important information that is needed.
