Pros

If you enjoy boating working here you will be out on the water. People in this industry are for the most part friendly and easy to get along with. Compensation is there if your in the right area.

Cons

Can work long hours and all overtime is taken out of your sales commission for the month. This goes for all positions in the company. Very little room to advance in the company and they will seek outside the company rather than promote within. Last item that needs serious work is the company has no training program. If you don’t find someone to help you when they have free time you will be lost. I have seen people come in and get no help from peers only to get fired a few weeks later

Pros

I wish there was any pros. I just can’t think about any. The company claims they are the best in the business but they are stuck in the 80’s.

Cons

Poor health insurance coverage. Poor management at all echelons. A lot people with poor knowledge, especially in service departments. Poor processes if not just plain lack of them. Intensive use of the “buddy” system. Not friendly to disabled people.

I can't say that there was anything outside of normal issues with being employed anywhere else.
