If you are looking for a career in boating this is the place to work. Innovative, trend setting, and a company that really cares about their employees. Incredible teamwork between Sales, Service and Parts departments to accomplish one common goal, "Deliver the boating Dream"!

Cons

Seasonal work, ever changing commission structure. benefits aren't the greatest, long hours in the summer

The team is great, and the place is fun to work for.

Cons

Sales is king. If sales something you are expected to make their objective your priority as well, which is understandable considering the money on the line for that.

Not much opportunity for advancement for most employees, most of the management seems to be brought in from outside. Pretty obvious you are just a number to the folks at HQ
