      Pros

      Honest company with base on integrity. Will do things by the book and do the best to keep clients happy. Boats are not reliable in any brand on the market, having 2/3 of the company focused in service makes all the difference. I have been here for 10 years ,as does most of my co-workers, long term. corporate executives knows me by name and that means a lot in a company as big as this. I am in sales so I control my income.

      Poor health care and 401K benefits.
